Industrial Crucifixion

Crucifixion Collection – Industrial Crucifixion by Bart Powers

Each of the individual works of art were created over a period of several years as artist Bart Powers facilitated a therapeutic art program for young adults in substance abuse treatment.

The pieces represent the unconditional love of a father for his son.

The gradual blending of dark to light hues throughout are symbolic of the light of Christ shining in the darkness of this world.
